This one bed grade 2 listed flat needed a total overhaul, with no heating or basic amenaties it really was working from the ground up. Its part of a 1930s complex this flat benifits from huge curved windows which let in lots of light but it was designed in a time where people used spaces very differently and with no storage to speak of it was small and impractical. I worked on the space planning initially and removed and moved some walls to create much more practical spaces with plenty of clever storage solutions. Working on every aspect of this build and overseeing the builders and tradesmen that made my vision a reality.
